It's good that it is the yearly time to eat mooncakes. Hooray for mooncakes, health food of the new millenium.

aimlesswanderer: i love mooncakes once in a while..haha, dun think they're healthy food tho, but i know they aren't too unhealthy, had any this year yet;)

They are definitely unhealthy, don't look at what is in them!

Had some, but they're something you should eat bit by bit.

Well, anything which has 22%fat can't be all that healthy, but they do taste nice.

aimlesswanderer: ohhh..i didn't know it was that fatty...but then again, it would be much needed for me!

Yes, it's good for me that they are a once a year event, but you need them once a week!

Something else you might try are the products of the Nut Shop (google them), as they have lots of sugar coated nuts, which are basically sugar and fat. I eat too many of them, but you will be fine. They have massive variety, and if you buy serious quantities (3kg!) you get a big discount.

aimlesswanderer: yeah, but i prefer to stick to cakes:)should be really fattening too..

Yes, most cakes are nice and fattening, though the steamed ones popular in Asia are relatively healthy, so better stay away from them. You're looking for the triple layered chocolate cake eaten with ice cream, with enough calories for an entire suburb! I don't eat many cakes now, which is good for my health.

Nuts are much more easily transportable and storeable though.
